HAYES, TERENCE, V.M.D., PH.D., Class of 1962, Upper Montclair, N.J. on January 14. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 10 a.m. at St. Cassian Church, Upper Montclair. Cremation will be private. Visiting will be on Friday, Jan. 31, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair, N.J.
